Cancellation Policy
Once your room is booked you are committed to pay for it. Should you need to cancel, we will make every effort to rebook the room on your behalf. There is a 5% handling charge. Should we be unsuccessful, we offer another night's accommodation within six months, excluding Saturdays. Travel insurance is available at a nominal fee.
